For instance, did you know that you can save on  your build-out cost by negotiating with your landlord the very lease of the practice? There is a thing called, Tenant Improvement Allowance, in which you actually get money from your landlord towards the build-out cost of the practice. This is decided upon during lease negotiations. Very interesting, isn’t it?

Dr. Ganatra shared how he got frustrated with practicing dentistry because he was practicing dentistry below the standard he was taught in dental school.
